Rental Rates...
 The rental rate is $150 per night or $850 per week. The limit
is 6 persons per stay. A damage deposit of $100 is required.
It will be returned after the stay provided there is no damage
to the property. There is no tax or cleaning fee added.
Should it be
necessary to cancel a reservation and notice is made at least 14
days prior to the arrival a full refund will be made. If notice
is made less than 14 days prior to the arrival the deposit will
be forfeited if unable to rent the same period to other guests.
Reservations
require a two night minimum. A deposit of half the total is
required to hold the reservation. Make your check payable to
Cheriton Hide-Away. Mail the deposit to Michael Ashworth,
1439 Oakwood Knolls Drive, Bedford, VA 24523.
Check-in is 3:00
p.m. or later and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. If we do not
have guests leaving on the day of your arrival we’ll be happy to
allow an earlier check-in. Please be sure to let us know, in
advance, what time you plan to arrive. It would be helpful if
you would supply us with a cell phone number in case we need to
contact you during your travel. The physical address of house
is 4207 Sunnyside Road, Cheriton, Virginia. If there is any
other information about the house or the area you would like,
please don't hesitate to ask.
